If an insurance claim is ever denied, Mochi will cover the cost. Patients will never be charged for these Wellness Plus services—guaranteed.
How to Qualify
Wellness Plus benefits are available to Mochi Health patients with in-network insurance. Eligibility is determined when a patient submits or updates their insurance information through the patient portal.
In some cases, patients may be asked to switch to a provider or dietitian covered by their plan. If so, detailed instructions will be provided directly in the portal.
